  3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

    If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to cancel or reschedule within the specified time frame may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or equipment failure. We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible in such cases.

  4. Customer Responsibilities

    Ensure that your vehicle is accessible and parked in a suitable location for our services. Remove any personal belongings from your vehicle before our arrival. Provide accurate and complete information when booking our services.

  5. Pricing and Quotes

    Our pricing may vary based on the size and condition of your vehicle. We will provide you with a quote before commencing any work. Quotes are subject to change if the condition of your vehicle significantly differs from the information provided.

  6. Liability

    While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your vehicle, the Company will not be held liable for any damage to your vehicle or its contents during the provision of our services. Customers are encouraged to remove any valuable items from their vehicles before our service.

  7. Satisfaction Guarantee

    We strive to provide high-quality services, and your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 48 hours of the service completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
